Test Access to FSTA with Full Text

From April 29 to June 30, 2025, you are invited to test the new FSTA with Full Text database.

The FSTA Full Text database, is a specialized database that includes full-text scientific and technological resources related to food, beverages and nutrition. The database is developed in collaboration with a team of experts from IFIS, a non-profit organization with a reputation for scientific integrity, accuracy and excellence.

The database contains:

- 273 active, full-text journals and periodicals
- 235 active, peer-reviewed full-text journals
- 163 active, peer-reviewed full-text journals without embargoes
- 208 active full-text journals not available in any 
 version of Academic Search

The FSTA with Full Text database is accessible on the EBSCOhost platform via all computers in the university network as well as from home computers via a proxy server.
